In order to respond to your request, we will process your IP address and contact information as well as the content of your request.

Email and Direct Mail Campaign Data:

From time to time, we may contact our prospects and customers directly by mail, email or telephone to inform you of new Products & Services you have told us you are interested in receiving (including our newsletters). However, we will not contact you with commercial communications that are not related to the Products & Services that interest you. Applicant or Partnership Information:

If you would like to apply for a job with European Institute of Antioxidants, or propose a new partnership, you can apply online at www.paotscan.io, on our Contact page. Your data will be deleted within two years of the application being finalized, unless you give us your explicit consent to keep your application to contact you with other job offers or partnerships in the future.

2. Sharing personal data with third parties

We treat your personal data with care and confidentiality and do not pass them on to third parties. We do not share, sell, rent or trade personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Service Providers: European Institute of Antioxidants provides data to service providers that enable us to operate our Site online. 3. Data conservation calendar

We process and store your personal data for as long as required to fulfil our contractual or legal obligations. Thus, we retain the data as long as our relationship with you requires us to do so. After termination of our relationship, we will retain personal data only to the extent and for as long as required by law. All other data will be deleted immediately when you, as a customer, unsubscribe from our services. If the remaining data are no longer necessary for the fulfilment of legal obligations, they will be regularly deleted.
