A commercial and communication type internship

To support our development, we are looking for a motivated, autonomous and dynamic intern who likes challenges and the start-up spirit. The spirit of initiative will be your best asset. You will be in charge of prospecting, developing and running our resale activity for our B2B services.

An optimization internship of antioxidant power dosage methods

Mission

  • Development of methods for extracting and assaying antioxidant molecules from a matrix.

The main stages of the project

  • Extraction and dosage of antioxidants by the classical method
  • Bibliographic research on the state of the art
  • Establishment of laboratory procedures
  • Purification of the extracts obtained
  • Characterization of molecules by HPLC:
    • Development of analytical methods
    • Development of an HPLC analysis method

Required profil

  • Bio / chemist or biologist by training, knowledge in extraction, antioxidant tests
  • Capacities of creativity, organization, conviction and rigor in analysis
  • Ability to integrate and work in a team
  • Strong taste for laboratory research

Duration and place of internship

Internship of 2 to 6 months as soon as possible in Nancy (ENSAIA- LIBio of the University of Lorraine)

An internship in the study of molecules of interest extracted from various products

Mission

  • Optimization of methods for the determination of the antioxidant power of food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic matrices.

  • State of the art
  • Optimization
  • DPPH, TEAC / ABTS, ORAC, FRAP, TRAP, TOSC, CL, PCL…

Required profil

  • Bio / chemist or biologist by training, knowledge in extraction, antioxidant tests
  • Capacities of creativity, organization, conviction and rigor in analysis
  • Ability to integrate and work in a team
  • Strong taste for laboratory research

Internship of 2 to 6 months as soon as possible in Nancy (ENSAIA- LIBio of the University of Lorraine)
